1. Overview and Acceptance

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact getjili support immediately. Delayed reporting of unauthorised access may affect our ability to assist.

getjili may carry out periodic account reviews as part of normal security and compliance processes. During a review, deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay may be temporarily restricted. These reviews are not punitive – they exist to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits and Payments

getjili accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (₱). All transactions are displayed in PHP so there is no need to calculate currency conversions. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your getjili wallet promptly after payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and any checks required by the payment provider.

• Own payment method: You must only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be reversed where identified.
• No chargeback abuse: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate transaction is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• Deposit limits: getjili may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes. You may also set personal deposit limits through your account settings.

Withdrawals are processed after any applicable account verification steps are completed. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically arrive within one hour during regular business hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

• Verification requirement: Withdrawals above certain thresholds may require identity verification before processing. getjili will inform you of what is needed.
• Bonus wagering: Any active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements must be met before the bonus portion of a balance becomes withdrawable. Refer to Section 6 for bonus conditions.
• Matched payment method: Where possible, withdrawals will be sent back to the same account used for the original deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering procedures.

• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active on a getjili account at any given time.

• Collusion and cheating: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage, or exploit promotional offers collectively.
• Software manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Exploiting errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, incorrect odds, or payment errors. Such winings will be considered void and may be reversed.
• Harmful conduct: Threatening, abusing, or harassing getjili staff or other players through any communication channel.

• Self-exclusion: A self-exclusion applied on getjili restricts access to the account for the chosen period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the stated period ends.
• Deposit limits: Once a lower deposit limit is set, getjili requires a24-hour cooling period before any increase takes effect. Reductions take effect immediately.

• Voluntary closure: You may close your getjili account at any time by contacting support. Any eligible balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following applicable verification.

12. Limitation of Liability

getjili provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim for consistent uptime and reliable performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or connectivity problems outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, getjili's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited by the player in the30 days preceding the claim. getjili is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including but not limited to lost profits, missed gaming opportunities, or emotional distress.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under Philippine law.
